Hello all you pretty, pretty ponies! So, here it is! This is where all the makeup magic happens. Today I sat down at my desk and I created this easy and fun look that, for the most part, is water proof! So without further ado I present to you:
The Magnanimous Mermaid
So to start, I prepare my eyelids with a primer of some sort to prevent creasing of the eyeshadow. This is the Mary Kay eye primer. I am using a white cream eyeshadow as a base to hold the eye color and make the color brighter. This is NYX cream eyeshadow in Milk. Apply that with an angled brush staying close to the lash line and building up until it looks like...
This!
Now here comes the fun part! After applying the base to both eyes, start adding your colors!
I am using (from left to right): NYX eyeshadow in Hot Pink/ Urban Decay eyeshadows in Fishnet and Deep End.
Using the same angled brush start with your lightest shade and apply that to the inner corner of your eye. Taking your next shade, apply that after your first shade in the center part of your eye. Blend slightly into your first color. Aaaaand finally, take your final shade to the outer corner of your eye and blend slightly into your middle color.
To finish off the eyes I am using Physicians Formula 2-in-1 Lash Boosting Eyliner + Serum and Mary Kay waterproof mascara.
Because this look is for a fun in the sun water activity I just used a tinted moisturizer with SPF 20 and finished off with a bright pink lipstick. This is Milani matte lipstick in Hot Pink Rage. So let's see the final product...
There you have it!
